Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the rights and obligations of vendors, sellers, and the platform with respect to order cancellations, refunds, and exchanges. By using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Cancellations
1.1 Seller-Initiated Cancellations
- Before Shipment is Booked:
Sellers can cancel an order at no charge before the shipment has been booked with our courier partners. No commission or fees will apply for these cancellations.
- After Shipment is Booked or Picked Up:
Once the shipment has been booked or picked up by our courier partner, cancellations are no longer permitted. The seller must proceed with the order, and any cancellation requests from the end customer will be treated as a refused delivery (see Section 2).
1.2 End-Customer Cancellations
- Refusal to Accept Delivery
If the end customer refuses to accept the order upon delivery, the order will be returned to the vendor’s inventory. In this case, no refunds will be issued to the seller or the end customer, and the seller will remain responsible for any applicable fees, including shipping and handling costs.
2. Refunds
2.1 No Refunds After Shipment
- Once an order has been shipped, no refunds will be provided to the seller or the end customer. Exceptions may apply in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, but these must be handled through alternative dispute resolution processes.
3. Returns to Vendor Inventory
3.1 Undelivered Orders
- Orders that are undelivered or refused by the end customer will be automatically returned to the vendor’s inventory. In such cases, no refund will be processed, and the seller will be responsible for any return shipping or handling fees incurred.
4. Disputes and Resolution
- In the event of a dispute related to cancellations or refunds, the platform reserves the right to mediate between sellers, vendors, and end customers. Our decision will be final, subject to any applicable laws.
5. Changes to the Policy
- We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to sellers and vendors via email and will be effective immediately upon posting.
